All year long, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group promotes epilepsy education for patients, their caregivers, medical treatment staff, and the general public. In recognition of November, Epilepsy Month, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group is launching several wellness initiatives for epilepsy. On November 5, we will have a certified personal trainer demonstrating several mat exercises that can be performed safely. Handouts explaining the exercises will be available to conference attendees. Come early; she will be there from 8:30-9:30AM.
