In recognition of November, Epilepsy Month, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group is launching several wellness initiatives for epilepsy. On November 5, we will have a certified personal trainer demonstrating several mat exercises that can be performed safely. Handouts explaining the exercises will be available to conference attendees. Come early; she will be there from 8:30-9:30AM.
