All year long, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group promotes epilepsy education for patients, their caregivers, medical treatment staff, and the general public. Team Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group participates in several epilepsy walks and many different fundraising activities that directly benefit the national or local epilepsy foundations and advocacy societies. Autism, Epilepsy and Seizures - November 16

Free educational program: AUTISM, EPILEPSY AND SEIZURES

Wednesday, November 16th
6:30-9pm

Bleshman School, Paramus, NJ

As many as one-third of individuals with Autism also have Epilepsy - Autism Family Services of New Jersey, POAC and the Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey will be sponsoring an educational program on the topic.  Dr. Georges Ghacibeh, epileptologist and director of the Behavioral Health Program of the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group will be speaking about connections between epilepsy and autism.
