Participating in a community activity is not for everyone but a lot of people do choose to participate and enjoy the sense of being part of a large group instead of all alone. These activities also serve the purpose of raising epilepsy awareness, much needed funds for local foundations, and get people out and moving. Maybe consider registering for a walk, run or ride next time you see the announcements. 😊
