Epilepsy on the Move: Stay tuned for upcoming epilepsy and seizure disorder events and news in 2018

On September 14-15, Dr. Lorna Myers will participate in a meeting on functional neurological disorders in Atlanta, Georgia where she will present on "expectancy and the internet in PNES".

On October 5, Dr. Lorna Myers will present on psychogenic non-epileptic seizures at the Neurological Institute of Columbia Presbyterian. 

On October 20, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy group will hold its now famous annual conference on epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES). The PNES conference will be celebrating its fifth anniversary!  

Expert speakers (epileptologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists) will talk about adult and childhood epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures.  Registration, breakfast and lunch are all free of charge.  Just make sure to register so we know how many visitors to expect.  Scroll to the bottom of this page and choose between general program registration (epilepsy), PNES-registration for patients and caregivers, and PNES-registration for psychologists and social workers.

On October 27, join team Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group as we march along Jersey City for epilepsy. All funds raised go to the wonderful Epilepsy Services of New Jersey!  Click on the link on the bottom to either join our team or make a donation.

On November 8, 2018, Dr. Marcelo Lancman, Medical Director of the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group will be presented with a commemorative award at the Family Resource Network's Annual Impact Awards Dinner (Thursday, November 8th at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park). The Family Resource Network will host a 5:30-6:30 pm Cocktail hour followed directly by the Awards Dinner. Additional guests are welcome to purchase tickets by contacting 732-262-8020.
