Epilepsy on the Move: Stay tuned for upcoming epilepsy and seizure disorder events and news in the second half of 2021!
On July 18, Drs. Robert Trobliger and Lorna Myers will be presenting (virtually) along with their Czech Republic and Slovakian colleagues at the International Conference of Psychology (ICP). The ICP is organized every four years and is one of the largest international psychological events. This year, the 32nd ICP will take place in the wonderful city of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic (although our doctors will be presenting from afar through an online platform. The presentation is: Diagnosis, neuropsychological assessment and treatment of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES).

November 2021: The whole month of November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month! During this month, the entire epilepsy community (persons with epilepsy, doctors, families, friends, health providers, etc.) can make use of 30 days to raise awareness about epilepsy, to educate others, and to celebrate those whose lives have been touched by epilepsy. It is never too early to start planning.
December 3-7: The American Epilepsy Society Annual meeting will be held in Chicago, IL. Many of the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group health professionals will be presenting there or virtually.
