Exposure to flickering lights and different screens

This kind of precipitant is specific to some persons including the ones with myoclonic (jerking) seizures or those with “photosensitivity.”  The latter, may be sensitive to different visual patterns, including video games, flashing lights, strobe lights or TV waves. One of the treatments that have been proposed for this is the use of special eye glasses. Of course, avoiding this kind of lights is ideal, but sometimes not possible. Details about this are in the resource section.
