Our Epilepsy and Seizure Experts have been busy

Over the past few months, our epilepsy specialists including epileptologists, psychologists, and social workers have been working hard on educating themselves earning epilepsy subspecialty board certifications and PTSD therapy certifications.  Each one of these academic achievements are very important because they spell improved treatment for our patients.

Congratulations to Dr. Stefanie Jean-Baptiste Berry for having passed her subspecialty certification in Epilepsy!

Congratulations to Dr. Eric Segal for having passed his subspecialty in Epilepsy certification!

What does this mean? The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) sponsored by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) offers this subspecialty certification in Epilepsy.  These Boards are open to candidates certified by the ABPN in neurology or neurology with special qualification in child neurology.
