On September 14-15, Dr. Lorna Myers will participate in a meeting on functional neurological disorders in Atlanta, Georgia where she will present on "expectancy and the internet in PNES".
On October 5, Dr. Lorna Myers will present on psychogenic non-epileptic seizures at the Neurological Institute of Columbia Presbyterian.
On October 20, the Northeast Regional Epilepsy group will hold its now famous annual conference on epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES). The PNES conference will be celebrating its fifth anniversary!
Expert speakers (epileptologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists) will talk about adult and childhood epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. Registration, breakfast and lunch are all free of charge. Just make sure to register so we know how many visitors to expect. On November 8, 2018, Dr. Marcelo Lancman, Medical Director of the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group will be presented with a commemorative award at the Family Resource Network's Annual Impact Awards Dinner (Thursday, November 8th at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park).
