Epilepsy Survey results: What say you to the COVID-19 vaccine--yay or nay?
This issue, we asked our website visitors: COVID-19 vaccines are now available to anyone over 12 years of age. How do you feel about these vaccines?
I will get one / I got one: 70%
I do not plan to get one: 13%
I haven't made up my mind yet: 17%
It looks like the majority of our website (www.epilepsygroup.com) visitors' will be pulling up their sleeve to get a COVID 19 vaccine or have already done so! There is also a 17% of respondents who have not decided yet. And 13% were clearly on the "nay" side. It is important to remember that some of those who are saying "no" to the vaccine may have medical complications and are not being permitted by their physicians to receive it. Hopefully, those who do not fall in that category, will be open to a future jab as they learn more about how effective the vaccines are.
