Stay tuned: There are plenty of upcoming activities that you may want to jot down and keep in mind over the next few months. These are especially attractive once summer is over. The highlight at this time of the year is the 10th Annual Walk and Run for Epilepsy held in New Jersey and hosted by the Epilepsy Services of NJ. Book club members voted on the next book “Grand Mal” so it is time to start reading! Also, our virtual support group for adults living with epilepsy (and their loved ones including spouses, parents, and other family members) closes for the summer but will resume in September.

• September 20: Our Epilepsy support group starts up again on this day and will meet on a monthly basis through June 2024.
• October 22, 2023: The 10th Annual Walk and Run for Epilepsy (hosted by the Epilepsy Services of New Jersey) is rolling around again this year!
Epilepsy Services of New Jersey is holding its traditional and very fun Halloween themed 5K walk/run complete with assorted activities and resources for families to enjoy while aiding Epilepsy Services of NJ in raising much needed funds and awareness. These funds are directly used for services for NJ residents living with epilepsy and seizures.
